제목 한번 입고 단추 떨어졌습니다

옷 받아서 한 번 입고 단추 떨어졌습니다. 여분 단추 있으면 제가 어디 가서 달려고 봤는데 옷에 여분 단추도 없길래 여분 단추 보내주실 수 있냐고 문의했었습니다. 5,000원 동봉해서 착불로 보내고 as비용 발생 할 수 있다고 하시면 제가 여기서 옷을 산게 잘못인가요..
옷은 예쁜데 단추부분이 타이트하고 한번입고 나가떨어질꺼면 애초에 제작에 문제가 있는게 아닌가요 그걸 왜 제가 착불로 택배를 보내며 as비용을 상담받아야 하는지 잘 이해가 안가네요
